Was using Yahoo Geocities web hosting but then the website close down alry.
Kinda sad la. Been using that for years, I think at least 5 years.
So my pics here all gone. I gotta re-do my blog. Not much difference anyway, just that the pics are back. I reckon that I'll not blog much nowadays thus no need do my blog till so nicely la haha.

The Client wants the unit that I showed her!
Have alry signed the letter of intent which also means the offer.
Negotiating with the landlord... please please lower down the rent~
Tecnically speaking, if all is well, meaning the rental price and terms and condition, case should be closed by next Friday.
Commission! and i can well enjoy my Genting trip on 30th! =)
